The US isn't sinking, pure hyperbole.

There are things that are going great and things that are going bad, the problem is the things that are going bad are self-inflicted by Trump's stupid decisions.

Had he not gone into Iran, we'd have gas prices in the high 1's in some places, we'd have inflation below 2%, interest rates below 6%, stock market over 55k, etc... However, his decision to frick around in Iran and go against his no wars pledge is deeply impacting everyday Americans.

More than 75% of American's don't live like the PT superstars.... 60% don't have enough cash on hand to cover a 1k emergency expense and nearly 50% don't have a retirement account, so the fallout from Iran is directly hurting them.
