You idiots act like the only reason there are lawsuits for everything Trump does is because his entire team of lawyers just doesn't know how to write a legal memo. It's a stupid argument when the democrats are even suing because Trump set up an email address to mail all employees at the same time.
You can see how foolish your argument is when you look at the entire body of lawsuits and read the ridiculous arguments that democrats have to use to justify their position. It then becomes clear to any honest person that the basis of the lawsuits is not poor legal writing.

The injunction was easily foreseeable and basically a guarantee. The memo should have been written with this in mind.

And I've already posted why. This was a pattern with Trump admin 1 and the same ineptitude is occurring in Trump admin 2.
I posted a great deal about these failures in the 4 years between admins. This is a sign they have not learned their lesson. We could say this is the "Muslim Ban" (another early admin act that was enjoined and re-written to fix the obvious errors) of admin 2

No, I'm not. They are blasting out memos, EOs, etc at a record pace. The idea that one being challenged and perhaps having to be rewritten is some kind of "failure" is a strange fixation.
Are you labeling all of the other actions "victories"?
They are going up against an entrenched enemy with thousands of lawyers and judges. They are going to lose some of these battles.
Some of them they intend to lose and hopefully get a win at the Supreme Court level. If not, at least those actions will gain clarity for the future.

On your side is, “this was a poorly worded memo. I wouldn’t have done that”
Right now every single jackleg that sits around spending tax dollars with no real oversight is sweating in his pajamas at his laptop wondering if he has to now go out and get a real job.
