What kind of precedent are you worried about? The jackwad comes here as a student(yea, sure he did) and then begins protesting and agitating. He is probably responsible for injuries to Jewish-American students.

I hate that we have a legal system that is so complicated and convoluted that it's often more a matter of who has the smarter lawyers that determines what does or does not happen to you.

I don’t want Hank “deported” that would be akin to me asking for him to be banned. I’m all for him, as well as you and a few others making complete fools of themselves here on a daily basis.

Minimum security federal prison at FCI Oakdale. Believe it or not St. Martin Parish jail will also house federal detainees. Doubt this guy is in St. Martin given the high-profile nature but they also have contract with the Feds.
