Nice feedback on the question. I was just wondering which of the 2 terms have been better and why.
I think he has mostly been trying to do things all alone for both terms so pretty much impossible to make significant progress.

Iran is clearly going to be the defining moment of this term.
If he goes 0/2 then that’s pretty bad.
You're opinion on both issues is not necessarily absolute truth. It's your opinion. I don't feel like Trump failed at all on COVID seeing as it was an unprecedented situation and no one really knew what the frick was going on at first. People crying about vaxx mandates, lockdowns, masks etc. need to STFU blaming Trump for that. He never mandated anything. Individual states and Democrat politicians politicizing COVID did that. Then Biden got in and enacted vaxx mandates for military and government jobs, told people to double mask, called anyone who questioned any of the policy "murderers, killing their neighbors" etc.
Democrats and news outlests attacked Trump all during COVID for not mandating stricter policy, and for touting alternative treatments like hydroxy cholorquil and even falsely smeared him claiming he told people to inject bleach into their veins rather than get the jab.

I would happily have voted for DeSantis
You actually enjoy being lied to and gaslit by Trump?

I will grant a little grace for the beginning because he listened to the “expert” but it got extended and extended under his watch.
He was the head of it.

What do you think DeSantis would have done differently? The establishment was behind pushing DeSantis to run against Trump so they could get rid of him once and for all. Anyone with half a brain and being the least bit objective would acknowledge that. So, being that it was a cabal of never-Trumper GOP establishment actors ready to fund his Presidential run, what is it you think DeSantis would have done differently and better than Trump? Not to mention the libs/Dems would have just turned DeSantis into the new Trump. We already saw glimpses of that with how they came after him and talked about him regarding the "Don't say gay" bill and his pushbacks on DEI etc. Liberals HATE DeSantis with a passion, as do some moderate Republicans. I don't. I would have happily still voted for him if he was the nominee in 2024.

So, 15 days to slow the spread. That's all you got? At the height of death tolls in the U.S. when no one knew what was going on? What about after that?

Ron couldn’t even get 4% of his state to buy his campaign even as the best governor ever

At this point which of the 2 terms has he upheld his promises better? Early on I thought the 2nd would be so much better, but it hasn’t happened like I hoped. Outstanding on immigration and the border, but everything else not so much.
I’m not one of these sniveling little punk arse bitch fa.ggots that keeps a checklist so that he can post “gotcha” on the internet. Since declaring his candidacy in 2015, Trump has had an aura of the normal traditional American man, like my father and my two grandfathers and basically American manhood prior to the abomination that was the 60s. Unlike McKeating5, Mittens, K-suck, Cassidy, etc., he had never strayed from the path. As far as campaign promises go, I’m not keeping score because there is no fricking way in hell that I’ll ever wish that I had voted for Killary, Brandon, or Scamala.

Did you really believe there would be "mass" deportations? There are far too many legal hurdles for that.
What’s even been great about the mass deportations anyways? They’re mostly getting Jose the roofer and Maria the cleaning lady/cook. The serious drug dealers, rapists, murderers, sex traffickers are still in this country. I don’t understand how people can call this a success whenever we haven’t even made a dent in deporting the serious offenders of this country, who are the main issue.

That's not even true at all... Something like over 70% of the deporties are guilty of other crimes, like violent crime, drug offenses, rapes and sex offenses. You need to quit watching CNN, bro.
Over 10 million illegals poured through the Border between January 2021 and January 2025. A lot of people think it's really twice that. I want EVERY SINGLE ONE deported. So, spare me the sob stories about a few maids and day laborers being deported. They can frick off along with the violent criminal POS's we catch and deport.

Au contraire Mon frere.
It was 15 days of lockdowns to start.
He then continued it on and on.

It’s actually the opposite bro. You need to quit watching only FOX news. Look it up.

I just want more resources poured into getting the violent and serious offenders out of here. We can do it, but it hasn’t happened yet.

That’s all fine and dandy, but once Trumps term is up, all those violent criminals are still going to be here. They can put more resources into getting the violent criminals out of here too.

You're probably right. Now who hoodwinked him on the war? It sure as hell wasn't Vance, and probably wasn't Rubio. My guess it is the least qualified of the relevant major cabinet appointments.

Wish I knew... but agree Vance and Rubio don't seem like the type to cheerlead the entanglement.

I agree. Picking Rubio first, right out of the gate was genius. Then it went downhill, with the likes of the the bimbos he put in DHS and DOJ.
Picking Noem was fricking retarded.

Honest question, how have his policies made your life better? Name one thing besides, less immigrants and no more trans or DEI because those don't impact your life directly.

Vance advised Trump against it. And one of them will have to campaign on cleaning up this mess.
My guess is our Secretary of War, who in his relatively brief time in the military has absolutely zero relevant experience, unless one thinks that guarding detainees at Guantanamo, time as a public affairs officer, and teaching in a classroom count as valuable experience for leading the largest department, with the biggest budget, in the federal government, not to mention prosecuting a war.
