I know the holdouts are getting big heads from the excitement but Biggs or Jordan isn’t happening
At some point they’re getting in line

He went low and decided to threaten people instead of negotiating. He royaly fricked up when the members called his bluff.
I'd suggest he also underestimated the amount of political capital that could be gained by those choosing to stand up against him.

I heard on fox news that this was McCarthy's dream job and the hold outs are ruining it. what in the hell? are we in some sort of Autocratic system that an heir inherits a seat at governance?
funny seeing Americans always talk about being the most democratic country in the world. then the establishment sheep cry bloody murder when a politicians doesn't get his/her turn. Burn it down. all of it.

The sensible thing to do is for Hakeem Jeffries, the leader with 212 commitments, to persuade 6 Republicans to vote for his speakership.
America recognizes there is one major political party that is aimless, with no direction...or purpose. That could full explain why Biden has been gaining in the polls recently.

Jeffries is also a clown. Which is why him getting the job is probably the worst thing that could happen to the Dems and CBC.
Do I want him to have it? No. But putting that moron front and center is a losing strategy for the Dems.

Democrats have been a total disaster. At best, you can say America just doesn't care anymore.

The Dems are trying to whip enough "NO" votes on adjourning today. That will force this to play out today.
McCarthy needs to make concessions to Freedom Caucus and get this over with.
If he makes concessions with the dems for 50/50 power, our votes to put Republicans in charge meant nothing.
People can gripe about Freedom Caucus but they want concessions from KM. Nothing wrong with holding out to force his hand. Spending is a big issue but investigations have to be done and I don't think McCarthy has the stomach to push ahead with them.

It's not that he doesn't have the stomach....he's already been bought and paid for by the Biden's, the FBI, and other top RATs.

Yet lecture Republicans who fight the establishment and get Trump elected twice, once stolen
