Yes and it is a four letter word. I think it is WORK. Not to be confused with WOKE>

She was worried she was being set up. She knows damn well that the vast majority of that “funding“ was a complete f*cking money laundering scam. But, as a Democrat, she knew there was no way she could get away with giving them a clean review. However, if she brought charges against those in the Biden administration orchestrating this scam, she would lose all of her Democrat bona fides. So, instead, she just quit.

Can you explain what you mean?

In the DOJ, prosecutors have discretion to determine whether a case meets the legal standard for prosecution.

Her and the FBI recommended a 30 day asset freeze citing lack of evidence

It's a few words and it goes like this......

DO YOUR frickING JOB

If I told any boss i've had that response, I'm getting escorted out the door that day. And lets not get into the army of marxist lawyers and judges and leakers that didn't see a problem what they were asked to do to Trump.

Yes. Her boss told her to present to a grand jury. She refused. It’s pretty clear.

they ordered her to immediately send a second letter to the bank demanding it freeze the assets as part of a criminal investigation.
"When I explained that the quantum of evidence did not support that action, you stated that you believed that there was sufficient evidence," she wrote.
"Based upon the evidence I have reviewed, I still do not believe there is sufficient evidence to issue the letter you described, including sufficient evidence to tell the bank there is probable cause to seize the particular accounts identified."
Cheung said in her letter she was ordered to resign

What do you mean resigned over a question?

Shesaid that She and her colleagues determined that there was not sufficient evidence to justify a grand jury probe into crimes including wire fraud and conspiracy to defraud the United States.

Funny how you take this as gospel. Sounds awful subjective.

If your supervisor ordered you to ignore DOJ rules regarding opening an investigation then you’d do that no problem?

If she had convened the grand jury she wouldn’t have been ordered to resign. She refused to do her job.

Which rule, specifically, do you allege she was ordered to ignore? Cite the section of the DOJ handbook.

Like if you were ordered to open an investigation into someone and you are certain that probable cause has not been met. Just hypothetically. You’d still do that?

Purpose of Grand Jury:
The grand jury's primary function is to determine whether there is probable cause to believe that a crime has been committed, not to decide guilt or innocence

You don’t need probable cause to open a grand jury investigation. You don’t even need evidence really.
