there was no probable cause

There was probable cause, dipshit

There was an undercover video where an employee claimed that funds were being shelved in the finals days. This US atty was asked to look into it. She said that there was nothing there. The old Bill Clinton defense strategy

Then they told her to work on freezing and getting those Titanic gold bars back. She said, Nope not going to do it. Lee Zeldin then announced the banks indeed did receive the money in the final days of the Biden admin

Egg on her face. She was told to resign. But being a libtard tried to blame Trump for 'breaking the law'

Please tell me that you are not really a lawyer? That actually takes peoples money for lawyering?

K. Just remember, it was you I caught lying over and over again in this thread. What you think of me means nothing. The entire board witnessed me correcting your continual lies.

How bad does it have to be when the Swamp Creature isn't interested in sticking around to try to cover it up?

If he is a lawyer, he is no doubt one of the dirty ones that lie straight to the courts face for any perceived advantage they think it gives them. It is a game played by the dumber lawyers. In the end the truth always proves them dirty. Much like this thread did to Decatur.

I did take the time to watch the Project Veritas video and there’s nothing in it to show any Federal laws were being broken.

Remind us why you brought up probable cause as a requirement to open an investigation.

Remind us how you said the request broke DOJ rules. Which rules?

Remind us how you said the request was unlawful. Even unconstitutional. Which section of the constitution?

Remind us how you said the request broke the law. Which law?

All of these were lies you got called out on.

You didnt claim that. You claimed probable cause
quote:

U.S. Supreme Court decision in Beck v. Ohio (1964), probable cause exists when “ the facts and circumstances within knowledge, and of which reasonably trustworthy information is sufficient that a prudent person in believing that offenses had been committed or was being committed.”

You had an employee on video admitting that they were illegally rushing grants out to shelve climate money
quote:

First work day this week and Bove is like wE’ve goT To oPeN A cRimiNal inVestiGation.

And the US atty refused, but still issued a weakly-worded freeze letter

She was told to pound sand, then pound the pavement

The DOJ requires a certain factual predicate to met in order to open a criminal investigation, yes?

Probable cause must be met to order a bank to seize someone’s accounts, yes? If not it’s a violation of the 14th Amendment, yes?

Dude

They werent expecting to lose. Once they recovered, they just started writing checks. I'm not sure if you ever participated in fed grants, but billion dollar grants cant even get thru legal in 3 weeks, let alone issuing POs and getting signatures of all people involved

They just opened up bank accounts, and offshored that money. Without a single grant being approved for it

Thats illegal

You’re editorializing things that were not said in the video.

He said with his own words that his job was to make sure there was no fraud, and actual jobs were being created

But in the last few weeks, eff all that, we were getting the money out to 'green banks' so that Trump couldnt stop it. It was tossing our gold bars off the Titanic. "Its weird. Its not good vibes. It's not good." How do you gloss over those comments?

Thats evidence of fraud and mismanagement, and offshoring money.

Now here is my editorial. He did it so that he could go to work for groups to tell them how to access this money. And profit off of it himself

Thats illegal. That would warrant an investigation

Which section of the DOJ handbook are you referring to? Don’t hide the ball.

quote:

Probable cause must be met to order a bank to seize someone’s accounts, yes? If not it’s a violation of the 14th Amendment, yes?

Again, interpleader is a very basic concept. Did you not have to take commercial paper in law school? I doubt that was even necessary, though. Whose bank account was being seized in violation of the 14th Amendment?

Your inability to answer is just more evidence of you flinging shite against the wall. When will you learn? I’m better at this than you.
