Trump needs to come out against this and congress should do something about H1B. I want it completely outlawed and everyone of them deported

Can’t believe I voted for Abbott. He’s done practically nothing to stop the constant influx of H-1Bs into Texas.
Abbott will scream and holler about illegals yet simultaneously turn a blind eye to tens of thousands of Indians using loopholes to exploit H-1B and O-1 visas just to work shitty low-end jobs around Dallas. It’s mind boggling.

Look. I live here and have concerns, but I’ve been to the third world and think your statement is hyperbole.

T-mobile has realized tech innovation is at its finest in India. That’s why so many of our tech products are being imagined out there.
They can't even innovate streamlined sanitation and hygiene. This is a pure money move.
If the Union-backed Democrat party truly cares about the domestic workforce and taxing major corporations their "fair share," they can start by taxing the corpos doing business in the USA for every outsourced employee located in a country they don't even do proper business in. Let's start there.
Much like deporting their illegal scab workforce, they won't even touch this issue, though.

Dont see why any American would continue to use them.

Lmao ok let’s taking driving as a metric…you think it’s normal for cars to just randomly stop in lanes of traffic and use that as a parking spot, turn signals are optional so are red lights and one way streets for that matter, parking in front of the entrance in a crosswalk hell or even using a crosswalk to cross the street, etc. If you really live here you are either blind or just don’t care. Collin County has been conceded to the Indians and Muslims and the only way to fix it is to start deporting them all ASAP or maybe you think a name like Bob Pumasangie is a normal good ole boy Texan. These people serve no purpose here.

Could you elaborate on that…I’m in oil and gas not familiar with these companies.

I do live here and I think the driving is terrible. I groan every time I see a student driver sticker.
But I’ve also been to the third world and see some dumps, so I don’t think it’s a fair comparison.

This combined with AI will kill American jobs. Trump remains complicit.

Yes. But who are you voting for in Congress that is promising to end H1b?

Trump is still the only president to do something about it.
The way our government works is you vote for people to represent you. They are your vote. You are complicit, we all are.
Why isn't Cassidy or Kennedy calling to end visas? That's on the people of Louisiana.

Yes. I appreciate him placing the 100k fee, but I think more needs to be done.

Ok I’ll concede it doesn’t look like war torn Mogadishu but my whole point was it also doesn’t feel like living in America (damn sure not Don’t Mess with Texas) being overwhelmed and outnumbered by foreigners that have zero interest in assimilating. But what do I know I’m just a simple boy from Mississippi maybe it’s always been like this however I seriously doubt Ross Perot would be for the way Plano turned out.

T-Mobile is not an American company. It is owned by the German telephone company, Deutsche Telekom AG.

Honestly, I agree with a lot of your concerns, but I just think saying it’s like a third world here is a little over the top.
Now if our whole country continues on this trajectory you could end up being like the downfall of Rhodesia.
But I also see things that concern me when I return home to Louisiana (similar stuff to here just on a smaller scale).

I also used to live in Mississippi and worked with people that hung out at the Mosque in Madison county and the Hindu Temple in Rankin county. One of my coworkers was a big donor to that Hindu temple.

Agreed which is my concern…I have little boys (18 month old and one on the way) and I fear for the future of this place. Funny you mention Rhodesia a friend from work immigrated from there after it became Zimbabwe and says it all went to shite once the white people left. He’s a very brilliant reservoir engineer and one of the few good immigrants here.
Posted on 4/8/26 at 6:54 pm to GeauxTigers123
I’m originally from Beauregard Parish but grew up in Ocean Springs, MS. Honestly never saw a whole lot of the migrants there other than the Latinos that would flush in after hurricanes. They are much more prevalent now but not many Indians and Muslims.

And this is exactly how you get socialism. The financial class has completely sold out the middle class of our nation and there’s hundreds of millions of us and only a few million of them.
