A urine test may prove he had taken something in the last few days, but will not prove he was intoxicated at the time

With his medical history he will 100% have a script for painkillers. That's gonna stay in your system a week at least maybe more depending on the drug and intake. The legal question is a piss test isn't going to confirm he was high on painkillers at that instant. He did the right thing by refusing testing.

Agree 100% with this part. Anything that stays in your system will show up for many days even if you haven't touched them for a bit.

Still, it's a question of personal responsibility. Tont is a complete scumbag.

He is very arrogant, this is from a big Tiger fan. He needs to straighten his shite out. He's burned up a lot of goodwill

Some of the discussion sounds like "gun violence".

His lawyer has already made statements about legal medication, it will go away, just like those pesky owners in Chicago who have to deal with their "violent guns".

But not for the doctor writing an addict a script.

Yes, he could be going black market, but that's how you die from fentanyl. My bet is on a doctor buddy.

He’s obviously on pills of some type and probably doesn’t want anyone knowing.

With all his back surgeries and his bad leg most likely opioids, he’s probably addicted and doesn’t even know it.

This thread would be the least of what would shock and even devastate George Washington about current-day America.

I agree but will say whether you are Tiger Woods or Joe the plumber the police are not your friends in this situation. They are looking to frick you, don't give them anything. It's not Tigers job to prove he is innocent. It's the state's job to prove he was intoxicated.

eldrick jr is a pill popper. DUI from pills.

There is some reason he doesn’t want a driver because it would save him money.

Probably doesn’t want someone to know where he goes…..

He was not driving drunk

He likely was driving under influence of legal narcotics… which to me is a much bigger issue than driving drunk. People people know they are drinking… they might know the impact of painkillers until too late.

He took the breathalyzer, refused urine test.
I'm very positive he's on/addicted to multiple pills.
It's no secret that since around 2015/16 he was having injury issues with his back and had been unable to complete a round of golf. His violent swing has wrecked his back. He had a similar episode in 2016 I think.
Either way, he turned 50 at the end of last December and is to old to continue down this road. If he still has the back pain issues he Either needs to resolve, or he'll need a driver, or stay home.
Earl Campbell had a similar issue with addiction to pain medication. He was fortunate enough to find a doctor in Houston that helped him after so many others failed. Said the doctor saved his life.
Tiger needs to change something in his life because the way he's going all that money isn't worth much.

It was posted in other threads that the law in Florida will treat this as a first offense. It's been more than 5 years since last event and this is how Florida law works. So he'll be treated as first time offender. What kind of punishment do they normally get?

Thanks, I figured, to flip a land rover there had to be a lot of velocity involved.
