The only thing government bureaucracy understands is personal risk.
The left has already weaponized it.
Bureaucrats believe they are at risk of personal job loss, cancellation, and prison if they harm a Black, or Gay person.
We saw how effective it is.
This is a war. Reverse racism is still racism.
The left refuses to meet us on a race blind platform.
So there needs to be consequences.

It’s not just bureaucrats; cops know this too. They have been put between a rock and a hard place, and sentencing them to prison for doing basically what has been mandated by their superiors is not the answer.
