The only thing government bureaucracy understands is personal risk.
The left has already weaponized it.
Bureaucrats believe they are at risk of personal job loss, cancellation, and prison if they harm a Black, or Gay person.
We saw how effective it is.

This is top-tier cluelessness. These two things aren't even in the same realm.
Ffloyd was going to die no matter what the cop did or did not do, he was 40 times over lethal dose of fentanyl and no one had any idea at the time he was on it.
This guy was stabbed and bleeding out and the cops basically called him a bullshitter.
