Sumrall looks like the type of guy who would be way too intense in person and stand way too close to you and you could feel his breath, even if it didn't smell bad.

He also looks like fresh Kirby food.

Nonsense. I've sipped Bourbon with the man and he is a gentleman and a Christian. He does practice and demand of those that answer to him to "be where your feet are." If its Bourbon sipping time then that's what you are doing. If it's football practice time then that is what you are doing. He doesn't answer the phone during family time.
