This SPLC case reminds me of a story regarding an African nation a few years ago

It was a program on BBC and he is interviewing one of these leaders of an African nation.
Reporter: "Wait, wait, so you are telling me the opposition is killing its own people and then throwing their bodies in the street.....so they can blame your party".
Dictator: "Yes thats exactly what Im saying".
I laughed at how preposterous the story was........ Now Im crying for my own country at how sad it has become.

jrod,
I always chuckle when I see toomer's gif of "che". I was in a local bar some time back and there was this young cute Venezuelan refugee in the bar with a che tshirt, obviously selling her wares.
I was tempted to tell her "you do realize the policies of ole che are the reason you are left to peddle your arse in a foreign country". Course she probably blamed it on the Joos as well.
Toomer, you have any idea how many terrorist groups our own govt has funded in foreign lands?
But I never thought an organization like the SPLC would be paying to have their own people killed. Pretty sad, and sad that people like you resort to what about ism rather than addressing it.

We will never know, but I wonder what percent of the KKK’s budget came from the SPLC???
I also wonder if without that money if groups like the kkk will just go away. They seem to be small in number and the ones who do belong look like they live below the poverty line.

That's how Jussie Smollet got his idea.

Give the SPLC credit - they actually created the belief that there was horrifying white supremacists everywhere by paying people to pretend to be horrifying white supremacists, then pocketed taxpayer funds for having done so.
Somalis just filled out some paperwork, hung up a sign, and pretended that daycare kids were showing up. That’s not just fraud, it’s fraud at its laziest.

We saw something very similar in 2016 with HRC's campaign and Democratic groups paying people to dress as Trump supporters, go to Trump rallies and cause fights in order to make Trump supporters look bad (which then would be touted by Democratic groups).
To me this is reminiscent of what Sowell discovered when he went to work for the federal government. Sowell was an avowed Marxist, even after studying under Milton Friedman, until he went to work for the federal government and realized it's not some monolithic entity working tirelessly to help humanity, but many individuals who are primarily concerned with paying for their homes, taking care of their families, etc. If they resolve issues, they risk unemployment so when an actual resolution to a problem presents itself they are more likely to avoid it or water it down in order to insure they continue to stay employed addressing it.
For the SPLC, their schtick is to fight racism so their relevance is directly tied to there being enough blatant racism to fight. If racism lessens, they suffer and that suffering represents loss of lots of jobs and millions of dollars (see: SPLC offshore accounts).

I have read a couple of his books, notably black rednecks and white liberals, and I had no idea he was a reformed Marxist. Dude has led an impressive life.

In hindsight, this was so stupid it had to have been planned by SPLC, no?
Recall that Kamala was the first one out the gate hyping it up.

That he was able to so completely change his worldview when confronted with reality speaks volumes to his wisdom and objectivity (most others would ignore it or change tactics in order to preserve as much of their original stance as possible). That his new understanding of the world fed his drive to research, learn and teach to such a deep degree is an incredible testament to his intellect.

Conspiracy theorists proven correct yet again. False flag operations are very real political tools. Since Trump has been in office the left has been conducting them regularly.
