This is an example of the insanity of the Trump immigration policy

In this case reported today, a Polish born physician, who has lived in the United States for 40 years as a permanent resident, with an American family, is being deported because 20 years ago, when he was a teenager, he got into a fight after an accident and had another charge which was expunged from his record.
Slate-Polish born, U.S. educated physician
This is the kind of immigrant we actually want. A guy who entered legally as a child, grew up here, has permanent resident status, became a physician and is a productive member of our American community. This kind of insanity from the Trump administration serves no productive purpose.

Yeah, but it’s the only thing that can get Stephen Miller erect these days, so that fricking (pseudo) Kraut is just going to have to go

Which of the immigration laws on the books were written and voted upon by Trump while he was in Congress?
Piss off with your BS, with all due respect (contained in the period that follows.).

1. Unless you have a report from ICE explaining what this guy was being deported for, you have no fricking clue as to the facts.
2. If the details you posed are true, I am sure it will be addressed and worked accordingly.

The real question is why hasn’t congress passed legislation in the last 40 years to change immigration policy to keep people like this? I don’t want a dictator with a pen and a phone, I want congress making decent legislation

This is not trump's policy. This is a continuation of policy trump inherited
This stuff has been happening for a long time

White, European, and most likely a big family Catholic....a nightmare for Ethnocentric Democrats.

there are 12 million Polish born physicians in the U S who crossed our southern border and they all

then change the actual laws. don't create a possibly illegal bandaid like DACA to help people with issues like his

Wait! I thought Trump only deported brown people.

How many Polish doctors does it take to screw in a light bulb?

Yep. Trump is demanding congress put on their big boy pants and make the tough decisions its being paid to make.
Unlike his predecessor who "didn't need congress."

This is Trump's immigration policy? It has been US policy just about forever to deport legal residents convicted of crimes.
