Not sure I'm following how this is Trump's immigration policy.
This is the policy we've had for decades. The same policy Obama said he was going to overhaul in his first year as president while he had a majority in the House and 60 Democratic Senators. The deck was stacked in the Democrats favor and they did nothing.
Trust me, Trump loves Poland. Look at how they responded to him when he visited. "His policy" isn't sending that guy back, it's the one on the books.
My wife watches Real Housewives of New Jersey, so that pretty much means I watch it too. One of the characters husband is in jail for fraud. Joe Giudice is an Italian citizen, and when he gets out of jail next year, he may be deported back to Italy. There are worse things in the world than having to live in Italy.
More importantly, don't break the law.

It has to be fake news. Trump only deports POC, I thought.

Looks like he had a good run dodging the law. Doesn’t matter how long ago the crime is committed, Justice will find a way.

quote:This story is as dubious as they come. Details included are inexplicable, including for example, the fact the guy apparently has not hired a lawyer for himself. His sister is "trying to get him an attorney". Weird.

Smells of the WashPo trying to convince DACAs that a Green Card would be no solution for them.

If you look hard enough you might be able to find more incidents similar to this.
However, if we look we can find cases where illegal immigrants have raped and murdered hundreds of people.
I am going to assume we blame Obama's immigration policies for those?
