This board and leaning "conservative"

Let me be clear. This post is merely to talk about changing board dynamics. NOT in a negative but simply matter of fact light

Liberals on this board constantly mention how this board is overwhelmingly conservative.

But in terms of numbers, is that even really true anymore?

There have been literally dozens of recent arrivals to this board that are clearly anti conservative.

On some days, the number of different liberal handles posting rivals the number of conservative ones.

Surely my liberal board mates who cry about the overwhelming conservatism can count too and yet the myth of no liberals on this board remains.

Are our liberals simply acknowledging that these many new handles aren't actually new people?

I mean. I like a diverse board. But, the rhetoric seems in conflict with observation
