Low IQ, borderline retarded ninja. The characture of a ignorant black democrat. DEI hire fail as always.

Here is another historical example of the usage
Again, not a compliment (and ultimately proven correct analysis).

Senator Kennedy made a fool out of her at her Senate confirmation hearing. When asked what her main trial experience was in......she said it was in workers compensation suits. Off the record, he said she was the dumbest judicial candidate he had ever cross examined.

Uhhhh, Kagan is NOT qualified
Her only other nomination was to the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, which expired without action

I guess Kennedy is a "smooth brain," because he also wasn't smart enough to figure out she was simply being "clever."
Not to mention the fact that he also wasn't smart enough to figure out that the "I'm not a biologist" remark was ingenious.
Heaven help us one and all.

It was a dumb thing to say. Yet you can't even acknowledge that.

But in a relative sense she's Moses compared to the "clever" KBJ.

I’d rather not say. I don’t want to be banned.

You don't need judicial experience for the Supreme Court. Or trial experience, really.
Appellate work is a different ballgame and she was Solicitor General of the US which is much more impactful than trial court experience (as a judge or litigator)

Some of that has been overblown by people who weren't smart enough to get it (the "not a biologist" comment during her confirmation), but her legal scholarship took it to a much lower level. She's basically dug herself in, at this point, and that's not particularly good for rationality.
*ETA for smooth brains: "Clever" is not a compliment
Lmao.... Hey! Smooth brain guy, you're nowhere close to be as intelligent as you think you are!!!

My thoughts on her: Why waste time say lot word when few word do trick?
Posted on 3/31/26 at 8:52 pm to KCT
There should be a statue created of her. She’s the absolutely perfect DEI hire.

You use too many words, very often.
She sucks.
See how easy that is?…

She’s a politician disguised as a justice. Exactly what the left wanted.
