It’s the most consequential element of society no one talks about and it’s getting worse as autism rates skyrocket and immigration from low IQ areas explode.

off topic - but this just entered my mind as a change that SHOULD be made for jury selection.
I don't want ANYONE on a jury who lacks minimal intellectual capacity.
I know several "good people" I certainly would not want on a jury - base entirely on IQ
Need to pass a minimum IQ test to qualify for a jury - to vote as well.

It is supposed to be a jury of peers. It doesn't say that is defined solely by voting registration or geography (which is what we do).
Can alternately set an IQ level needed to adequately hear and consider evidence.

And sadly, much of that resistance will come from the reigning political class in Red States.
So the individual states must elect leaders who will simply refuse to enforce Federal Laws that violate the inborn natural rights of it’s citizens.
