My company is blessed to have several now naturalized American citizens, several work visa and green card holders. For a few years now we’ve been working to get H1B visa sponsorship but they’re usually gone pretty quickly. Most of the people we seek to use them on are family members of our current guys who can’t get in the country legally.

We’re an unskilled construction company and we cannot find decent Americans who even want these jobs. Others do.

Instead of seeing more dudes standing around the Home Depot parking lot, people who pay no taxes, why not let hard working people who are seeking this work into the country to have them?

I stand with Elon as usual. And winning feels gooooooood good.

It’s actually funny because you sound like some of the bigots we work around anytime we have to go up to central LA or North LA. Lot of braindead racists there. You’d fit in quite well.

Like I said, you redneck retard frick, we have all legal employees. I’ll never forget it actually, the last time we had mostly natural born employees… we were doing a big job in Lafayette and I see 3 of them walking back onto the site at about 1:15. Our superintendent at the time of course covered for them… “Oh they went to lunch late”. He was also always covering for them when they had car trouble, or had to go to court, or were in jail, etc.

He’s gone now, replaced by probably one of the hardest working guys I’ve ever met in my life. The crew he’s replaced all this complete TRASH with fricking hustle. Our margins are healthier than they have ever been.

I’d mentioned yesterday walking out the office and turning off the computer to go have a few beers with my guys. Our main guy is an ardent Trump supporter. He came here in the early 00’s, worked his arse off and is now a bonafide American citizen… probably a HELL OF A LOT MORE American than you are. He’s all in on the deportations but he is hoping for more opportunities for these legal migrants to become citizens. Obviously a supporter of the H1B and H2B programs.

We want to improve immigration policies here? Let people in who want to work here in the right way. Let them pay taxes. I agree with Elon and Vivek and I’m glad they have Our President’s ear.
