Heck, I got mine sitting on 86°! Before you go *gasp*, that's still about 2 degrees cooler than the highest allowed temp in prisons everywhere in the the Lone Star State, with its famously hot summers

It probably has more to do with telling the commoners they should sacrifice their comfort meanwhile there is a celebrity wedding happening in the city where I guarantee the thermostat in MSG will not be set to 78

You do realize that the Earth’s climate has been changing for 4.5 Billion years? It is happening and always has been. And nothing man has done or can do can change that.

My a/c is typically 70 at night and 71 during the day.
