You have a Presidential candidate essentially declaring him guilty of murder before any trial has started.

Don't know or care about a Biden tweet, but yes, it is pretty darn obvious he was killed in cold blood, specifically based on the shooter's version of the events.

Yes, and the shooters own words were that he thought he was a robbery suspect(he apparently wasn't, is that correct?) so him and his son grabbed their guns, got in their truck and followed him. Then the victim turned around to run in the other direction assuming to get away from them, and they turned and kept following, eventually going ahead and stopping. 1 dude in back of truck with handgun, one dude outside of truck with the shotgun.
As I understand it, the shooters presented that story themselves. Some dudes with guns are following you around for a while and get out of the truck to confront you with their gun. Yea, I'd feel threatened for my life too, I'm sure any of us would.
That these dudes are not in jail is pretty wild.

The accused deserve their day in court, but this actually looks like a hate crime. Unfortunately, these stories have to be treated with skepticism due to recent misrepresentations and agenda fueled fear mongering of the left and the liberal hack media.
