If we are going to use 30 second video clips to convict someone then we have all seen enough to convict Joe in the Ukraine video. No trial needed

The video I saw seems to indicate that he went for the guy with the shotgun. What am I missing?

From the video alone, it’s not good for the pickup truck fellers.

Totally senseless to end a life like that.

Yeah, the video could have been better, but apparently they'd already followed him enough to cause him to change directions, then u-turned, followed him again, pulled ahead of him and tried to block the street. With one guy in the back like he's on a damned safari. Looks like the jogger tried to go around the truck, but we can't tell what he saw when he did. Probably some dumbass pointing a gun at him; I'd have feared for my life as well.

The father claimed that Arbery attacked his son and they got into a struggle for a shotgun. Police said the son fired two shots.

To be fair I see a probable crime but that doesn't make it a hate crime
