I have no doubt that Lincoln wanted to go to war to prevent a peaceful secession but without the idiots in South Carolina jumping the gun and attacking Sumter it's not clear that he had the support. I blame Spurrier.

Put in Obama and you got a Mt Rushmore of idiots.

You need to add Bush, Romney, McCain, Turtle, and Rove to this thread.

All of the above. These issues go back decades. The bureaucratic deep state that "big government" has enabled is the real slow moving disaster for the USA.
We can change administrations, but without serious cuts to government spending and bureaucracy, it's all for nothing.
DoGE is a good idea, but I am skeptical that any meaningful change will come as a result of it.
Entire departments need to be razed.

They are awful
But not even remotely on par with Woodrow Wilson, FDR, or Lincoln
Especially Wilson. Without Wilson, the modern presidency wouldn’t resemble what it does today.

Nah...
You need three Lyndon Johnsons end of thread. He enacted all that give away chit we pay for these day and in the process crumbled the existing traditional black family societal household structure. Which was hard working father, stay at home mother, and respectful children etc.
He did it to bribe them to vote democrat, and created this living hell we deal with daily.

Don't forget this fricker. He opened the door to the damage Obama and Biden would wreak and helped dig a hole we haven't even begun to climb out of.
Winner winner chicken dinner.

LBJ is the undisputed king of any list composed of harmful politicians/bureaucrats.

Because he is on the list of great men who did the most for America.

Put FDR's dumbass on the list too
I would've expected to see more FDRs, as well as LBJs and Wilsons.
I guess it's recency bias putting all the Obamas and Bidens on the list. Obama really only expanded on what Bush II did.
