Judges that have actually read the Federalist papers and follow the constitution and case law know this is the correct ruling. Contrast that with someone taking 34 misdemeanors for which the statute of limitations has expired and usurping federal authority to make felonies against a political opponent.
Note this ruling applies to all. It leaves punishment to impeachment as per the Constitution. It may even save Biden’s arse.
