Women have ruined the workplace for the most part. Ive seen many males passed over, "me too'd" , fired, & demoted over their cunning, conniving and manipulation of mgmt. I learned not to trust or confide in any of them. Usually, they are the reason a workplace becomes toxic. Ive witnessed some savage things in my 39 years.

This is off topic but it really caught my attention this morning. Its insane the number of men that don't realize that a lot of these womens videos on Facebook, X and YouTube are AI.

You need to seek help. Do you really have a job? 70%??
Also, so fatigued on this "demon/demonic" stuff.
Its just re-packed communist ideology.. no ghosts and sheit..
Here's a response from a Brave search. Even though the rate is stable, i'm of the opinion that who is suffering an illness may change from year to year. Therefore you have a pretty good chance of encountering a woman suffering from some form of mental illness over a couple of years if you interact with the same pool of women.
I'd be interested in the percentage of women who haven't been diagnosed with a mental illness, or considered mentally stable for a decade minimum.
Brave search
In 2022, 26.4% of U.S. women experienced any mental illness in the past year, according to data from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). This rate has remained relatively stable, with estimates from 2023 and 2025 indicating that over one in four women (approximately 26-27%) are affected annually.

Don't walk around the office with your di** in your hand. Everyone would appreciate it.

The women I work with
I learned a long time ago not to talk to women in the office about anything but work, you don't want them in your home business.
Most are cutthroat and will use anything they can to screw you over, it's in their blood.

I realized long ago there are 4 different combinations when complementing between males and females at work. Three are OK and one is not OK.
1. Males can complement other males.
2. Females can complement other females.
3. Females can complement males.
4. Males can not complement females.*
* exception to this is if the male is homosexual or special needs.
The deck is stacked.
I wonder if she was looking for a pay out.

When I got my first real job out of college many year ago I almost got fired over a female coworker going behind the scenes. She tried to get set me up many times. Good news is the females in a cubical over hated her and let my supervisor, a female know I was a good guy. Plus my supervisor really saw something in me enough to mentor me and got me a promotion within a year, and saw right through her manipulations. My coworker saw when she could not get her way, quit and went back to school to get another degree.

Pro tip - If one feels the need to compliment, don't complement the female directly. Compliment something like the weather (nice day out there) or something in the room (like that is a nice picture on the wall). Keep it positive.

3. Females can complement/sexually harass males.
I've been told some very interesting things. Could definitely have had hooked up with a female supervisor or 2.
So I definitely agree with the OP cause it's not a 2 way street. Though I may not go as strict, I understand the want. I just make sure in the office I talk and act the same ways with both males and females. To try to avoid any kind of issues.
Though I did date a coworker, but she was in a different division so that was helpful. And to start with, I made sure I kept clear proof she pursued me. And we kept it on the DL at work, to avoid causing drama. Her being cool with that, made me feel more comfortable. Though she would joke it was to not to seem "taken", to make sure I could still get favors from the woman in the company.
It's a land mine out there from the guys perspective. Especially if you use the workplace as playground. It'll come back to bite you in today's environment. Especially if your position is a higher one than hers. The reverse isn't dealt with in the same way.

Most of the women in old Metairie do what they’re supposed to do and just follow the politics of their husbands (conservative)
Uptown is completely opposite. fig flags flying in front of houses all over the place.

Same here OP.
I stopped talking to women anywhere. My life improved drastically once that happened.

It should be theirs.
Men have an exclusive monopoly on violence.
Violence is the only thing that overshadows pussy.
The problem is many women settled for dorks that never got pussy until their wife (who by this time has already been fricked by the guys that wanted to frick her).
So dork loser getting pussy makes him be a bitch boy liberal democrat.
The remaining republican dudes probably fricked a large portion of the democratic ladies and left them.

WWJD
Just a bunch of devout Christian men up in here proudly proclaiming their snap judgements of others based on various group identities, as opposed to doing so on a case by case basis based on individual character, attributes, merits, etc.
Sounds pretty leftist tbh.
Many have allowed the dividing forces in this country to win their minds and hearts.
Sad!
