Per the request of Auggie and Bandit, a bit of context.
The Trump White House drafted these talking points for distribution to all GOP members of Congress ... and accidentally sent them to all members of Congress. Oops
About 20% of this memo is pure spin. I agree with the remaining 80%. Trump did nothing wrong (other than using Rudy to handle diplomacy), but his characterization of the underlying “Biden” issue is somewhat off-base.
I find it entertaining to see this in the context of the outrage about “talking points” when Dems all seem to be saying the same things about the issue d’jour. I also find it entertaining that an explanation was necessary.

The media is team democrat 100%. If Trump hadn't put out talking points to all I would say they were inept.
The dems/media are just confused that someone else has bullet points (talking points) that wasn't dictated to them @ 4AM.
