The thread, I think, is more aimed at how he became so comfortable and confident doing what he did. Where and how did he got that way. Possibly some sort of training camp or compound like we've seen in the U.S.? Another option is always former military and training there. If neither of those previous two, that's where self-training and desensitization comes into play and the question is what could he have done alone that would result in this confident effectiveness.

I don't mean some sort of Franz Ferdinand chain reaction. I meant the typical chain reaction where the media blows this up to be the fault of everyone to the right of Linda Sarsour thus expanding the societal rift even more. His act may be forgotten, but the resulting loss of individual liberties will be felt for a very long time and perhaps will be irreversible.
