If you read his manifesto you guys would realize that in this dude's head he had already decided they were enemies to him, and his people. He even bought a marine outfit, and put badges on himself. So he could say he was an "uniformed officer fighting against invading enemies" or something like that.

He literally had decided he was fighting people who were trying to take over his homeland. He didnt view them as people, but as enemies. He was a psycho, but i can understand how he came to the decision he did (really this is european's only. Us in america are not dealing with the mass immigration they are) i expect more thinga like this will occur.
