Nope, still missing body cam footage for one thing. Which might clearly show her not looking at the agent in front of her left wheel (looking ant the agent trying to open her door) and not “trying to kill an ICE agent”.
Pretend you're the ICE agent's father. Are you glad he pulled the trigger this afternoon or do you wish he had not defended himself?
If your answer is one of relief, that's all you need to know.

Also, yes. The 2nd and 3rd shots were clearly unnecessary by any measure. If autopsy shows those were the lethal shots……
You think that is the standard?

After watching a different video, it appears the victim was a lesbian and her partner was in the front seat with her. She had blood on her as well and was clearly traumatized…..which I’m sure you guys will celebrate. Regardless of how you look at it….the midterms are going to be ugly
She was a political agitator blocking federal operations, avoiding arrest, and used her vehicle as a deadly weapon charging in the direction of an officer.

Sorry, doesn’t matter what you were thinking. If an officer is trying to stop you and you peel out in their direction it isn’t on them to hope you mean no harm. Would everyone have lived if they did nothing, maybe but it isn’t in them to to take that chance.

Darwin eliminating dumb people. Happens every day. Not sure why it's even news.

He lacks any authority to tell the federal government not to enforce federal law.
His actions are seditious and could easily be construed as inciting insurrection. Liberal followers will be greatly emboldened by his words. I don't think the overall progressive conglomerate will do anything, but it only takes a lone wolf or two to cause serious chaos.

If ICE blocks that footage from being released will you object? Somehow i doubt it.

Absolutely beyond stupid and clearly so biased by politics that you are irrational. I don’t give a shite where the lady was looking. She endangered the life of another person through HER actions and for her she paid with her life.

What an absolutley insane false dichotomy. Pretending ICE shouldn't be respsonsible for anything is so on brand.
The 2nd & 3rd shots, when he was clearly wide of the car and safe, we're 100% intended to kill the driver. How do you justify those? Good measure?
Again, if the gov blocks the release of bodycam footage (again, Chicago) would you object? If the answer is no, don't pretend to care about justice.

Standard for what? The officer getting in trouble (unlikely) or public opinion? Our courts have consistently ruled in favor or officers in situations like this, that's not really what I'm contesting.
My point, NOBODY is going to watch that video and say "yeah, afer kindly waving agents through (traffic) she was clearly trying to kill that ICE agent".
Just deepy unserious that nobody outside the fringe very online weirdo right is buying.

1. I do think the agent could have simply stepped aside, let her go, and she could’ve been easily arrested later. Alive. It was clear she was about to hit the gas.
2. Trying to floor it away from armed law enforcement agents is incredibly moronic and carries a considerable risk of death. Death indeed came. It should come as no surprise.

I don't think it's tragic at all!! I feel for the officer whose life was threatened and put in the situation to defend himself.
Maybe this will cause others to think twice before doing same thing.

Listening to Schumer say it could’ve been avoided by keeping ICE out and letting local LE do the job made me want to jump through the radio and choke him.

Again, standard for WHAT? There are two things being discussed.
1. that officer getting trouble (won't happen)
2. the politics of the situation
Here's the video again, note where the officer is standing the 2nd and 3rd time. Not in any danger, trying to kill the driver.

It will be interesting to see who she is.

Love the .3x speed that makes it look like the officer had time to write in his diary before making what appeared to be 1 shot.

If an officer reasonably thought his life or the lives of others were in danger then it is justified. You keep talking about where she was looking or if she intended to run them over. That is not the standard.

She was still in possession of the vehicle she attempted to use against the officer(s)? Your hatred of ICE agents does not change the standard of which their actions are judged.
