Perfect time to institute that meme of politicians wearing their donors’ names on their clothes like nascar drivers.

Who’s paying these politicians that put this bullshite forth?

Usually people like the Koch Brothers, Perdue Farms, Smithfield Foods, Cargill, Tyson, CHS Inc.

There are other major players but those are the ones I know off the top of my head

Bud...I don't know what to tell you but republicans aka fake conservatives have been on this amnesty shite since the Reagan days. Trump is the lone outlier.

At any rate this is typical for republicans. They've been pretending to be conservatives for my entire life.

Ronald Reagan who is one of the biggest false prophets of the conservative movement provided amnesty to ~3 million illegals. Dude was all hat and no cattle.

I asked AI. It's response:

quote:

No, that is false. The bill does not grant citizenship or create a path to naturalization. The legislation, introduced by House Agriculture Committee Chairman Glenn "GT" Thompson, focuses strictly on reforming temporary non-immigrant agricultural visas through the H-2A program.

No Citizenship or Green Cards: H-2A is a temporary, non-immigrant work visa program. The bill explicitly retains the existing legal structure: workers holding an H-2A visa receive lawful, temporary status to work in agriculture for a contract period (up to 350 days), but it does not give them a green card or a pathway to U.S. citizenship.

Looks like Ferguson is making up shite.

I'm cool with seasonal agricultural workers stacking some dollars and going home. It's the dregs of 3rd world shithole societies that are being recruited and coached on how to get here and become permanent parasites that I want stopped and sent back. The gangbangers too, but I have more empathy for a hard-working thug than the generationally unemployed.

They should add other provisions like keep your wife and kids in their home country, if a migrant becomes pregnant, they must leave the US.

Fun fact, there are programs that the federal government pays school systems to receive extra aid and benefits for educating a migrant worker’s children. They get extra benefits like free uniforms and school supplies paid by the government while you as a citizen get nothing.

People conveniently leave off the other half of that deal. Congress stripped out the enforcement of penalties against employers.

No illegal should ever have a path to citizenship, except the military.

The bill doesn't grant them citizenship, but Ferguson didn't say it did. It does grant them amnesty:

quote:

(A) IN GENERAL.—Subject to the limitation in this paragraph, the grounds of inadmissibility under paragraphs (5)(A), (6)(A), (6)(C), (7), and (9)(B) of section 212(a), and the grounds of deportability under paragraphs (1)(A) (with respect to the grounds of inadmissibility waived under this paragraph), (1)(B), (1)(C)(i), and (3)(A) of section 237(a) shall be waived with respect to conduct that occurred prior to the alien first receiving status as an H–2A worker, for the purpose of providing the alien with such status if the alien is otherwise eligible.

“(B) LIMITATIONS.—

“(i) ALIEN.—An alien described in this paragraph is an alien who—

“(I) has voluntarily departed the country; or

“(II) (aa) was unlawfully present in the United States on May 31, 2026; and

“(bb) performed agricultural labor or services in the United States for at least 5.75 hours during each of at least 180 days during the 2-year period ending on the date of enactment of Securing Agriculture's Workforce Act of 2026.

If anyone thinks that our so called public servants are serving the public then you are an idiot. They serve themselves and their string pulling masters.
