BECAUSE, just like Fanni is a Fraud, the charges are FRAUDULENT and a witch hunt
Just like the NYC bs being fraudulent, so much to the fact that the DA and court system had to send out a memo to “Investors in NYC”
“Not to worry, we only do this because it’s Trump, Everyone else is safe from our communist regime”.
Disclaimer: “until you go against the machine, take this as warning that we can do this to you as well”
And NOW, New York has major investors pulling out, couldn’t happen to anyone better outside of California!

Could the judge have the discretion to dismiss the case with prejudice due to the DA and Special Prosecutor allegedly lying under oath to the court in the proceedings of the case at hand?
