Trump knows he's in a den of thieves and going after their friends and neighbors will be a futile effort. It's not that there's nothing there, but there's a committed encampment throughout the federal gov which protects itself.

Note how James Comey and others who resigned were treated as conquering heroes by their staff, with bag pipes and applause. The only thing the secretaries didn't think of was tossing rose petals at their feet as they walked.

Trump can't fight the cult of DC alone, and those who would side with him know he's only there 2 more short years. No one, it seems, is willing to take up the fight after he leaves.

The fact that Bondi, Patel, and Bongino all blatantly lied through their teeth about the nature of the evidence AND THERE WAS NO BACKLASH from the Congress or the media shows the Uniparty Deep State remains supreme.

Unfortunately, the President only cares about exposure and punishment of Deep State actors who personally went after him. Beyond that, Trump is indifferent to the issue.
