I finally found the dosage that actually did anything. Full spectrum (Charlotte's Web) 60mg strength--a full dropper w fatty meal.

My personal experience with that tabloid was particularly illuminating. It involved a topic with which I am deeply familiar. I wrote the author and pointed out numerous serious flaws in her piece. She was such a hack about it. But a few months later I did notice that she wrote a counterpoint piece and followed up on some of my leads.

But the initial piece was so irresponsible that it should never have been published. So I always roll my eyes at BI now.
