Last I saw Cruz was up by 6.5 percent. The big money locally has not been used yet. Waiting on the Bass money and the oil guys out of the Permian Basin

Paul knows what he's talking about and stands for his principles. Ted is a dumbass. When Paul filibustered, he stayed on topic. When Ted did it, he read Green Eggs and Ham.

I'm also a big fan of Beto's pledge that if he wins, he will serve no more than 2 terms. He believes in term limits. His campaign has been to every single county in Texas. For those small state residents here, there are over 200 of them. We big. And Beto gives enough of a shite to talk to everyone. That says something about him.

Then you should know Cruz already has a bill put together for term limits. He proposed it with DeSantis last January... way before Beto took the issue as well.

You are free to vote for Robert. You are free to dislike Ted Cruz. However you can absolutely never, ever claim again to be conservative if you vote for Robert ORourke over Ted Cruz. Ted Cruz may be a lot of things and not all of them good, but there is two true things. He is one of the smartest people in the Senate and he is one of the most conservative voters in DC.

Can someone post a link to this info? My wife mentioned Rourke yesterday and I have seen his signs. If these facts about Rourke are true, it would be nice to start educating Texans about them.

I've historically voted libertarian when possible and Republican when not. But the Republicans have lost their way, bigly

You aren’t even remotely libertarian if you can go to the polls and vote for a progressive.

Cruz has also been all over the place. The news just doesn't report it.

That is so true, Dub, you are just being difficult to be difficult.

I am a Texan living in Texas and the campaign has not even really started yet. I think many of you forgot how bad it got during the last Cruz election - we are not there yet.

Beto started off hot, because of the media. Soon the advertisements will start and people will become aware of the election for a US Senator. Most people do not even realize it, since there are so many local elections happening. Collin County is littered with local people and very little Beto/Cruz.

Mark it down - Cruz will win Texas. It does not matter how early you start the race, it is how you finish. Cruz has proved he knows how to close it out. I am voting for Cruz and I dislike the guy, but I understand there is nothing worse for this country than Dems in power.

Umm...Cruz actually wrote a bill for term limits. Beto just says it to sound more centrist.

So will I. It’s other people that have become complacent that worries me.

Beto is being groomed just like BHO and will be BHO part II. Research this and you too will understand what I am saying.

Did I miss something in the 5 month old article that corroborates this statement?

i just saw a new FB vid going around about him spewing how kneeling isnt disrespectful and how all these law abiding black citizens are getting murdered but cops.

Its amazing how you can just blatantly lie and people eat it up.

Beto (like every candidate in history) is giving signs free-of-charge to supporters who want them. Pick them up at any campaign office or county Dem HQ.

Want a Cruz sign? Go to the website and order one. They will ship it to you in exchange for your campaign donation.

Cruz’s signs/stickers also come with an extra bonus offer - your house or car vandalized.

the "free sign" is not true I just went to his website. Same as ted 10$
If shipped, perhaps.

I am ashamed to admit that my best friend from law school has a Beto sign in his yard in North Dallas. He did not pay for it.
