We could start with them by bombing their houses.

Challenging Trump. And it is likely not a surprise to all those on the other side, all the way to the top. It's a big revenue generator in Mexico.
On the other hand, the lefties will say "if you didn't shut down the people coming across the border, this wouldn't have happened."

Why would a cartel want to do this?

If you look at the name, he speaks fluent Spanish and likely spent a lot of time across the border.

Possible that one is trying to take out &/or implicate another cartel among many other possibilities

He was driving in Mexico. The article does not address is he was targeted or caught in the cartel to cartel fight.

Why would a cartel want to do this?
Unless it's a rival cartel trying to have the other one blamed for it and eliminated.

If it's the cartels they want war with and not another oil war against a country of sand people, I won't complain much.

I’d rather go to war protecting our border and citizens instead of a 3rd world country’s border and citizens on the other side of the globe

Unless this rancher was in the game, they wouldn't.

This will piss some good ol boys off.
Shoot on sight will be implemented for many now.
That is text book definition of terroristic activity.
Time to go.
