The Administration illegally deported him to El Salvador because their was a hold order by a Trump Administration immigration judge issued in 2019. The order didn't prohibit his deportation generally. It prohibited his deportation to El Salvador specifically.

What was his claim of retribution about? I will help you out….he claimed a rival gang would kill him. Guess what? That rival gang no longer exists in El Salvador! You do realize this right? So what is his claim now other than El Salvador knows he is a member of MS-13 and EVERY SINGLE GANG MEMBER IN EL SALVADOR IS IN PRISON. At one time before Bukele was elected El Salvador was considered one of the most dangerous countries in the world. Now in about 4 years it is considered one of the safest in the world…..surprise surprise

The FBI isn't the boss of the State of Tennessee.

They pretty much have been, along with every other state. Thank God they’re finally under a microscope and rightfully being examined for what they have become — a corrupt, partisan lapdog.

Correct but you left out what they also said, I wonder why.

I didn't leave anything out. The administration "facilitated" by asking Bukele if he would send him back. He said no and the US government has no right to tell another sovereign nation what it can and can't do with it's own citizen.

Sorry this upsets you prog filth. Maybe you will answer this. Is an illegal provided all the constitutional laws as an American citizen when their feet touch American soil?

Did Tennessee even issue him a ticket?

For a misdemeanor traffic charge?

After admin46 told them to stay out of it?

Human trafficking across state lines is prolly one of them federal things, ya think?

What, exactly, do you think TN could have done with Hombre? After being told to stand down? Hell, maybe that's those 'traffic charges' hombre ignored?

This is the hill they’re dying on and the crux of their entire argument.

If they could easily take it away they would.

Then there should be paperwork for said traffic stop and fbi intervention right?? Not just the word of some “sources”

100% if this happened as it was described in the X post.. As I stated in my response above, when someone is stopped and there name comes back as someone with a terrorist classification, it's a big deal that gets alot of attention

That second part, if he’s such a bad hombre, why not just do it????

If what is posted is true, you are defending a human trafficker.

The left is vile.

As for shipping him to his home country…that was tied to the fear of violence from a gang that no longer exists.

Who said they do not exist? According to El Salvador and the US there are approximately 20k that have yet to be apprehended. He is part of a gang that is considered terrorists. If he is the last one they still exist.

Do you really believe Trump or those who voted for him care about immigration policy? Biden let over 20 million illegals into this country and I voted to have them deported with haste. If you have no identification showing you are in the country legally then you're gone. And a court shouldn't be used to do that.

Are you really that dense? I am for deporting ALL illegal aliens including Abrego Garcia.

Like ALL NINE Supreme Court justices (including the conservatives), I understand that there is still an active hold order preventing (legal) deportation to El Salvador. The Administration could have gotten that hold order reversed at the drop of the hat.

I know it hurts some of y'all's feelings, but the deportation to El Salvador was illegal. Are the conservative justices (Thomas, Alito, Kavanaugh, etc.) fans of Abrego Garcia because they knew his deportation was illegal?

Which horses mouth, diptard?

The one who is in charge?

Or the one that was refuted and reprimanded for speaking out of turn?

Someone misspoke, it was cleared up.

Your information, and your gatdamned horses, are outdated.

Yeah that’s just becuase you’re emotional and love goofy framing.

He’d still end up some place terrible and not in the US (assuming he’s convicted of what’s being alleged).

Sure. I believe you know what I'm asking. If a person is caught, witnessed by border patrol, crossing the river or scaling the fence can they be sent back without being processed by a court?
