Do they? There always rules on what you can wear to school. For instance, let a kid come in with a Miller Lite tshirt, he probably is told to change or go home.

It wouldn't matter. Those looking to be outraged would continue to be outraged. They would just shift to "They should not have worn them because they have known it would be interpreted as an attack on Charlie." It is what it is.

It’s horse shite. The blood is on the side of the shirt where Kirk was shot and spewed blood. It’s quite obvious.

I thought the same thing, and thought it was disgusting......then I went on Amazon and found the same shirt has been for sale for years

All the shirts have the blood on that side. You can scroll down and see when they first became available, most say 2024 or 2023, long before Kirk was murdered.

So as explained by the school district, kids can wear t-shirts that say "Roast all the faculty" with a picture of an oven on it and that's acceptable and just pass it off as a Home Ec/Cooking class thing?

The constitution says it’s legal to wear what they’d like outside of being naked.

It doesn’t mean if you wear something offensive your job can’t or won’t fire you for it.

I was just making the distinction between what’s legal vs what private businesses and public schools can do if you violate their rules.

Though I do still stick to the interpretation that they just want him gone, and do not particularly CARE whether than means "dead," so long as he is gone.
There is no logical way to defend that position in any sort of moral interpretation.

You could argue they were too stupid to associate the blood on the left side with the assassination - but there is no way to reconcile the notion that they considered it, & then decided to go with it anyway because it could be 'explained away.
You seem to be having difficulty following the conversations in this thread.

You replied to a post which addressed a question about "86 Trump" and was not directly related to Charlie Kirk (or these t-shirts) in any way.

the reason they gave for it is hilarious. I cant believe the administration fell for it.

Typical double down. In my book it means both the teachers and now the administration should be fired. Anybody endorsing murder is not fit to teach children.

This seems like conservatives are overly sensitive. Not everything is about us.
