Answer my question: Was pulling out in the middle of the night and not letting your allied government know part of the agreement?

You got to consider the motive of people posting shite anti-Biden. They’re all about what's the flavor of the month and not about facts. To these anti-Biden people facts no longer exist as we have come to learn.

The person who owns today is Biden. Just days ago the administration thought they had 6 months till the taliban reached Kabul.

Im glad we are getting out but not at a disorganized disaster for Americans.

Probably not, as everything that seems to have been done has been either in accordance with the Taliban or without letting anyone know, specifically not the Afghan government.

Most people recognize this was going to be a shite show regardless of whomever pulled everyone out. The issue is the actual pull out of our non-combat types is so, so idiotically organized.

Youve ignored every fact given to you so far.

Its a fricking disaster and it's Joe Bidens fault.

its totally dependent on what happens with american citizens who are being told to shelter in place. if there is no plan to get them out and we actually leave them behind for the men to be executed and the women and children to be turned into actual slaves then yea, this is the policy disaster in american history and honestly biden should be impeached

100% agree

I'm still expecting that not to be the case. But even if they're all safely evaced but it comes under the propaganda of the Taliban allowing the defeated Americans to go - it's still a foreign policy catastrophe that could have pretty easily have been avoided.

Ultimately, is that all optics? Yes, provided they're safe. But it will dictate how we talk about this for 20, 50, 100 years, so pretenses and narratives do matter.

How the frick could anyone with an ounce of objectivity support that pudding brained pedo after all this?

You people that are still in his corner are fricked in the head. Women and kids are about to be raped and men killed and desecrated.

Our tax dollars wasted, well that's a surprise no matter what US ADMINISTRATION
20 years and I think $2 trillion, all for what we all should have known would happen the moment we left, the Taliban would take back over.

The biggest issue and where I think all the focus should be, is leaving with no warning and stranding our non-Military American citizens, that is indefensible.

He's a simpleton that distinguish between the decision and it's implementation.

Virtually no one has a problem with the decision to leave.

But it was Biden that conducted the withdrawl in the most undignified and embarrassing manner. That's what people have problem with. The implementation.

It's how it was done, along with a complete lack of contingency planning. Going on TV saying the Taliban won't take back over and having it happen in weeks, not months or years, doesn't help either.

Pretty much what I'm saying. Gauging a clusterfrick vs. a best-possible-shitshow.

Fact.

But who can believe he said just a week ago that the Taliban was no threat to take over Afghanistan?

In case we need an actual sign that the Talibaws just don't fit with the OT, this is it:

quote:

#Taliban are in complete control of #Afghanistan. This is a picture of one of the streets of #Kabul where people are spraying paint on pictures of women.

#AfghanistanBurning
