Cant get over all these Taliban carrying M4 rifles with optics.
Sheesh what a disaster. I thought we were arming the afghan army regulars with ak47s to avoid just this type of situation.

Biden and DOD literally did the exact opposite. They removed all military first, left our equipment and civilians to fend for themselves.
Bagram = military base with protection and capabilities. It’s been doing so for 20 years
Kabul= Internafional airport surrounded by terrorists. With all the weapons we left them, there’s nothing from keeping them from firing an rpg at a fully loaded airplane of America civilians as it takes off.
This is incomprehensible failure.

This is problematic for the Biden Administration for a couple reasons:

1. Intel officials have already come out and said via back channels that they filed multiple reports stating that this was a distinct possibility, if not a probable outcome.
2. Pentagon officials have already said via back channels that Biden ignored the above intelligence.
And I will throw a third one out there:
3. Biden himself is on record having said they, "Prepared for every contingency."

Yep. And secure AF.
If you went to Afghanistan, you entered through Bagram when it was active. I have friends that spent their entire deployments at Bagram doing nothing but shuttling fuel.
