He is part of a comment posted on X about this:
Not one for conspiracy theories usually, but there's a few other things that don't add up with the supposed suspect. First I'll point out that the guy in the black shirt in the above video seemed as though he was almost waiting for it to happen right after he gave his arm rub signal. The supposed suspect: Supposedly up on the roof, and we are shown pics of him supposedly walking to the scene in a nearby neighborhood limping. Yet it's totally unclear he's got a gun, down his pant leg or anywhere else. Then, after the shot, we see him at a hard run across the roof followed by him climbing-jumping off the roof. Again totally unclear that he had a rifle. Hits the ground, little bit disheveled, then takes off running, no limp no gun. We've been told they found the weapon wrapped in a towel in the woods. Who put it there? We've already been told it's not a rifle that breaks down easily and seeing him run across the roof he had no time to break it down anyway. This 'kid' they are supposedly looking for, is he a DECOY and a government agent took the shot from another nearby location?

1. Why would a shooter need signals to shoot someone who is sitting down and doesn’t move for the whole thing
For timing based on what Kirk was discussing in the moment.

2. Why would someone who is in on it want to be standing 200 yards down range of a guy with a rifle shooting 3 feet from you?
Damn good point- that actually should lay the conspiracy theory to rest.

You know where I don't want to be when signaling the shooter to take a shot??? Down range, standing right beside the target

Yall are acting like the shot was 1000m. It was less than 200. Neither of those were normal movements, they were glitchy as hell. None of us know anything about his security detail, if its a normal crew, it it’s not. We don’t know if they travel with him or if they dont. We dont know if there were any new additions to the team or not. We dont know if Charlie had a personal relationship with any of them or not. We dont know shite.
We do know the killer is STILL at large and not identified yet, in 2025, with cameras everywhere. We know they didnt use drones which is idiotic.
This is just like Butler, and how quickly everyone wrote off all the “conspiracies” when Bulter was obviously an inside job.
Did the shooter use an old bolt action 30-06 like is being said or did he use a modern take down rifle? If so, did the video show him jumping off the building with his hands? Did they recover the round and match it to the rifle?
Why were two people taken into custody? Was that a coordinated diversion?
Who benefits from silencing Charlie?

So the shooter from that distance was watching those guys for a signal and then repositioned to take a kill shot just a second or so later? No

How was the person picked who was interacting with Charlie at the time of the shooting?

As I have already posted, Utah Valley University has an aviation program. It's very possible that they couldn't get drone flight clearance even if they wanted to.
Plus, here we go again with these silly implied conspiracy theories based on the idea that Turning Point USA thought they needed to lock down an area like the Secret Service would have, but "mysteriously" failed to do so.
Footage of Kirk has surfaced with him being asked questions that caused him to speak about the possibility of being killed and he doesn't appear think it's likely at all in those clips.
It's not "suspicious" that they didn't fly drones and have 30 bodyguards with sniper rifles in various locations and a man on every roof. It's a whole lot more likely that they didn't think it was necessary.

I don’t know if they were in on it but what I’m 1000% sure of is more than just the shooter are absolutely in on it and they were in that crowd.
Could be more than one person involved
Doesn't mean that they were in the crowd though

the issue with signaling someone 200 yards away is it would have been tough to see them unless you are looking at them through the scope
the hat tug isnt much, but the right shoulder shirt adjustment from black shirt is away from the shooter’s view on the opposite side
maybe if he touched his left shoulder on the shooter’s side it might make sense
so the shooter had to see them through the scope, then reacquire kirk with his scope, then settle and shoot
doesnt seem plausible to me in the timeframe with an amateur experiencing erratic breathing and a racing heart unless it was a pro trained in high pressure shooting
the black shirt guy is a private security guy, why would they participate in the murder of their own principle? seems like a terrible business decision if that happened
