After writing her CYA email on the day of Trump's inauguration in 2017 she has to be absolutely astonished that nothing happened to her or any of her partners in crime. This would explain the boldness. And I can't say that I blamed her. It's perfectly natural for people who commit massive crimes and get away with them to think they're invincible. The most amazing thing to me about all of these assholes is what middling intellects they are, across the board.

This is the correct answer.
I have lived through two of the biggest POTUS election beatdowns in the country's history and Republican domination of the WH only lasted one term after that.
But every time the Republicans win something there is always someone ready to declare that Democrats will never win a meaningful election again.
Hell, if Democrats had only been about 15% more reasonable and less radical this past election it would have been neck and neck in 2024.

This is the party that openly, brazenly weaponized the DOJ against a political candidate including arranging a full kangaroo court trial and obtaining a false conviction.
They suborned a fake dossier and ran a disinformation campaign supported by the media for three years against the same political enemy.
They have de-platformed, defaced, demonetized, and otherwise taken punitive actions to silence non-leftist voices online, up to and including just regular citizens.
If you think they are just issuing empty threats at this point I don't know what to tell you.
And this is why I always post that populism is what is going to destroy the country. No regard for rule of law, no regard for the Constitution, no regard for anything except Us vs Them.
And now the right is fully encapsulated in populism as well.
You are witnessing the beginning of the end.

I don't think they're empty threats at all. I guess my point was, at the end of the day, even if an entity ultimately "wins" against such warfare, they still lose. Then again, stacking the court is probably prime priority, so ultimately prevailing is probably out.

That's because when the Dems were in power they fast tracked all of their judicial appointees and Federal judges. When the Republicans gained power they have slow walked all appointees at the behest of arguing over the Epstein files. You fools never learn. They will regain power in November, bog down Congress so nothing gets through including judges because there are too many Rino’s then retake the White House because Trump isn’t on the ballot and his voters won’t show up. They will do to the country what Republicans and principled Libertarians won’t do which is actually pass legislation. We deserve it as a nation

Dems have made their vision of the future very clear for the USA - they will turn this country into a Radical Leftist Totalitarian Regime that will use federal police and prosecutorial powers to inflict suffering and harm on political enemies.

Once again, as I have said, the US Judiciary is Leftist and until it can be reformed (which will take decades), the Judiciary will not allow serious adverse actions against Leftist foot soldiers and leaders.
The prosecutor can bring a criminal case against an offender, but, if the Judiciary favors the offender, the prosecutor won't get much done.
