With that said, there doesn’t seem to be any precedent set for “what happens when the FedGov isn’t working as it should?”.

Now, its time to crack down on companies profiting off illegals. state governments need to start cracking down on these clowns who keep making excuses about Americans not wanting to work.

Best political news since Trump was elected. I expect to see an immediate impact of this in Texas.

Good stuff. Now just hope no major negative media clips pop up between now and the actual case review. Right now this administration is against the ropes on showing how this is needed since they decided they won't do anything, and the media can't hide from all the negatives from no action.

Good luck Texas.

You will see immediate results in reduction of the flow of illegals through Texas.

That’s been happening for several weeks now.
You can thank Texas DPS, Texas NG, Abbott, Paxton, Patrick, local law enforcement, and communities across the state for that.
Biden can get bent.

They need to hurry up and deport as many family units as possible. The family units cost the American taxpayer the most - it's not just housing and food assistance, it's healthcare and free public school education on the American taxpayer's dime.
Also, there were 400,000 anchor babies born in the USA last year - that's bigger than Orleans Parish.
Family units must be deported first.

I believe TXAG Paxton has tried but a judge said the ORG he went after can operate for now. Hopefully this decision helps in appeal.

The federal government has egregiously failed the border states, and by extension every American.

Absolutely, at every turn.
Might as well have some chaos that's bent in our direction.

I honestly liked it better when Texas was sending them to liberal cities specifically those that called themselves sanctuaries. Watching those cities deport migrants faster than a speeding bullet was hilarious.

I see your point, but I don’t want illegals populating those cities and increasing congressional representation from census numbers when districts are recalculated.

Great it’s time to shut down border entries , completely in Texas. Anyone who does not have documentation place a hold on them and deport them immediately. The border is closed , and you have to go back!

Daddy Biden will not be pleased. Im guessing some white content creators will likely be back on the Clarence Thomas racist rants. Kentani will have some weird rebuttle about how the federal govt can be nazis if they want.

SFP will be here shortly to tell us why this is bad and his legal understanding is better than anyone who has ever lived.

anyways, we shall see.

Yep, the predictable douche bags will weigh in with their lame takes.

Line up the trains, planes, and automobiles.....and buses. Let the deportations begin.

They want back in this country? Let'um apply, legally, at a Port-of-Entry (POE).
My understanding is Texas has 26 POE's scattered along their border.

Trump 2024 - They gotta go back!

Defending the law, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said in court papers that the measure complements federal law and the state should be allowed to enforce it.

That right there seems to be the crux of it. It seems Texas is simply enforcing existing federal law, when the Federal government refuses to.
