Really really interested to see what Roberts does here. We know how Breyer, Sotamayor, Kagan, Thomas, Alito, and to a lesser extent Gorsuch are likely to vote on this.

How much more time and money do we have to waste on this issue that is so incredibly discriminatory it would take an imbecile not to realize. Under a different administration, these institutions would get all of their federal funding yanked until they revert to merit and merit only.

Their arguments are so poorly thought out it's absolutely laughable, and proof of the imbecility caused by 'diversity.'

This is why they came up with the bullsh!t "justification" of "diversity."

In 2003, Sandra Day O'Connor wrote the Michigan cases in which she basically said that affirmative action would be "Constitutional" for another 25 years. After that, it would have to end.

So, the left came up with this bullsh!t of diversity claiming that discrimination is okay because it provides a better learning experience for students. Of course, anyone can easily show that colleges and grad schools have been adhering to the same quotas since quotas were ruled unconstitutional by Bakke in the early 70s.

And, when you look at classes like Harvard and Yale, there really is no diversity. The blacks that go to Harvard and Yale are NOT the project blacks that "might" provide "diversity." The vast majority of them come from privileged families but who have been taught from Day 1 that they were some sort of disadvantaged minority just because of their skin tone. The closest most of them have to come to the projects is when they ride in their limousines on the way to their $50K/year private prep school.

And the left justifies this garbage while at the same time telling us how evil "stereotyping" is. At its core, all quotas/affirmative action/diversity is based on racist stereotyping. And, then, all of these leftist academics go around patting themselves on the back telling themselves what a great job their doing for minorities while never really EVER having to deal with a true disadvantaged minority.

Of course, this whole diversity bullsh!t was taken from one "throwaway" line in Bakke about having a more well-rounded class, e.g., having people from different geographic regions, having people who grew up on farms, etc.

The left just took that to mean that they would keep the quotas and just call them something else. It was the ultimate in putting the fox in charge of the hen house.

Asians & Whites will dominant universities of higher learning . Blacks and Hispanics will make up about three percent of the enrollment if this takes place. Five Billion Asians in the world .The myth for years affirmative action is a crutch you are less qualified, your slow, you don't deserve . The Universities are funded by the public sector meaning the Federal Government this will be segregation. The same applies to grade school children you cannot have highty nine percent of a one color student body. This case should be thrown out period.
