It is not treason, they are telling the military to do what they are supposed to do (not follow unlawful orders), but the military gets this lesson in someway every year.
However, they don't cite any orders that have been illegal or give examples of orders that would be so they are acting in a manner similar to what SFP said about Trump and his actions toward the January 6th crowd, fanning the flames to a leftist mob who might choose violence since "Trump could unlawfully order the military to do. . ."
Whether that mob is the folks going after ICE agents in the streets or the low-ranking leftist in the military, it's not a good look for these dems.

Their suggestion is soldiers and others are breaking the law by following orders of the Commander-in-Chief. They are attempting to convince 20y/o Marines that following orders is unlawful, when that is a complete baldfaced lie.
