Emperor was all about homo superior.

It's why Thrawn was such a huge deal. To be a non human in the imperial military was impossible almost. To be a Grand Admiral so unimaginable the Republic didn't even have him in the target list of take these heads down.

Well, I mean considering the first black person we saw in the universe I believe is Lando towards the end of Empire, using this as a basis of white supremacy is not a great point to go from. Though, we also have no idea what the race of any of the stormtroopers are either. By the time of the original trilogy, stormtroopers were rarely clones anymore.
