Seems stupid. Maybe it gets addressed in this film, but I'm doubtful.

Honestly, even without the SJW bullshite, I just thought TFA was lame and Disney-fied. Lucas made a terrible mistake selling out to them. Warner Bros. would have done a much better job.

Two Things. First. Yes. TFS blew arse. I sat stunned at how bad it was.
But. Rogue One was SUBSTANTIALLY better. It's hard to believe the two movies are even related the difference was so glaring.
As to the white people Villians part. Honestly, I saw nothing PC about the movie and generally, stuff like that seems absurdly obvious

The female main character's pep talks sounded like they came from a little girl,other than that I didn't find the movie political at all.

It's difficult for me to care any less about such a mediocre movie franchise. Really one of the most overrated things during my lifetime. The acting sucks in each film and its plot is simple. Have the fans been satisfied with anything since The Empire Strikes Back? All I hear them do is bitch about teddy bears, jar jar binks and Lucas.

Stephen Colbert went off on the guy over this. Going for frick's sake keep this shite out of Star Wars, because first off they're led by a black guy (Vader), and secondly everyone sees themselves as the Rebels, with Trunp supporters thinking Hillary is Emperor Palpatine and Hillary supporters thinking Trump is Senator Palpatine. He just said he wants one thing not politicized this year. And this is coming from Stephen Colbert of all people.
