Not really.
Whites technically are a minority in most Southern states, particularly the Deep South. All else being equal, the voting should break down with Blacks having a strong say in governor and other political offices.
I'm not going to use the term "voter fraud". But i will say that a more universal voter ID system in lieu of the current one we have would probably reflect this.

Yeah, let's see. On the one hand we have a demographic that has created nearly every advancement and innovation known to mankind. Everything from the printing press to electricity to air conditioning to airplanes to automobiles to the polio vaccine to computers to the internet. Etc. Etc. Etc.
On the other side of the equation, we've got a bunch of loud-mouthed angry bitches like Maxine Waters, Stacey Abrams, etc., etc.
Oh, yeah. That's a fair fight.

Yeah, Georgia isn't going to get to South Africa conditions any time soon, or ever, but if it did expecting a similar outcome is, uhm, a bit of a miscalculation.

Maybe she should focus on getting better minority candidates to run for governor. The 2 black candidates in the south who got national media attention were Abrams and Gillum.
Abrams was running for governor while having over $50k in debt to the IRS in delinquent unpaid taxes and an absurd amount of credit card debt at the same time. Couldn't manage her own finances, but wanted voters to elect her to manage an entire state.
Within a few months of losing the election, Gillum (married with kids) ends up being found passed out from an alleged overdose in a hotel room with crystal meth and a gay male escort.

Why do you think some people want Michelle Obama to run? She's never done anything of consequence, yet everybody knows that TURNOUT and Democrat voter enthusiasm would be off-the-charts with her.
Stacey Abrams is a "poor man's Michelle Obama" because she doesn't have the last name and wasn't in the White House for 8 years, but the principle is the same. They would use her to energize the base and maximize turnout.
