I’ve tried to warn everyone here repeatedly that your guns are useless if you go to prison not only for using them to defend yourself but showing them to defend yourself.
Brush it off if you wish, point out that the governor will pardon, say this wouldn’t happen in Alabama or some other Deep South state, say no jury will convict...
Do so at your own peril.
These are the first steps on a fast track path that we are proceeding down.
I’m warning you again.

Gardner’s Assistant Circuit Attorney Chris Hinckley ordered crime lab workers to fix the gun so it could be fired.
A key component of Missouri law states that a gun must be “readily capable of lethal use” in order for someone to be charged with the crime. Hinckley signed the court document, known as the complaint, saying the weapon was capable of lethal use.

This looks like the groundwork for another excuse to riot. What they did or didn’t do will be irrelevant. They’ll be portrayed as guilty white people who were unlawfully proven innocent or worse yet pardoned. You see this is systemic racism. Riot. Loot. Burn. Repeat.
Dumbasses.
Dumbasses.

At this point, let St Louis burn. Put walls up on the outside and shoot anyone trying to escape.
They already filmed one Escape From film there and are due to do another.

This is where data mining has allowed deep state actors to hand select grand jurors.
This is how you imprison your political enemies and deter dissenters.

The one and only reason these former liberal lawyers were indicted was an act of revenge by Obamamites because POTUS mentioned their plight on Network TV coverage.
They know it has 0.0 chance of success, but that's not the point to social scumbag justice tripe.

Anyone know if this statue still applies to protect yourself or others?
Grand jury must have been made up of BLMs, ANTIFAs and retards.
Sorry. Redundant.
