They keep this be up and they will have a civil war on their hands. We are in 1984 - they don’t want us to believe what our eyes see.

She's only overzealous when it comes to prosecuting white people.
She's involved in a perjury lawsuit for her role in prosecuting the former governor of the state (a white republican, and a shitbag, but still).
She also declined to prosecute a black man that confessed to killing a child last year.

That was a lot of words. In general, what I said is in most instances, if you walk around flagging people with your finger on the trigger and they don't have a weapon pointed at you, you're generally not gonna have a good time
Yeah but this was not some random incident where someone was just minding their own business and had a gun drawn down on them. You even admitted they tore down the gate in a mob fashion and were menacingly heading right for their domicile. Why are you being obtuse about this? Furthermore, between the large gathering/mob in and of itself and the potential these mob members had weapons, why wait to protect yourself? So you're saying this couple had to wait to defend themselves until they were in imminent danger with guns pointed at them?

Exactly! Well stated!

They broke through a gate to enter private property. The reason that you “see” nobody within 20 yards of her is because she had a gun in plain site. You do not know if the mob would have gone into their yard and started busting out windows...or worse. What you do know is why nobody in the mob escalated the situation. And the “why” is because they used the 2nd amendment to deter that escalation. Do you even think things through before you write down your thoughts or just swim in the shallow end of the pool on the reg?

She characterized people telling criminals to leave private property as an “assault.”
And criminals as “peaceful protesters.”
There used to be some consequence for misrepresenting news.

So you can’t wave a gun at someone that breaks down an iron gate and then proceeds into your yard?

These arse clowns put out a statement stating how much they love and support BLM. And they both have extremely poor gun safety technique. I have a hard time believing either one of them have ever fired those weapons.
They will be fed to the lions. Let this be a lesson to others: don't feed the lions lest you become their next meal.

Best advertisement for carrying insurance through one of hte many gun supporting groups.

He is not saying that this family had no right to protect themselves and their property. He has said (and I QUOTE) that they cannot do what they did and "not expect repercussions."
There is quite a difference.

Why is anyone surprised? If a BLM crackhead breaks into your house and you shoot him, your arse will be going to prison, while the Marxist media praises the BLM fricks that broke in as "peaceful protesters".
Wake the frick up people. We ARE headed for a civil war.

The sick irony here is that they are civil rights attorneys who are sympathizers of BLM.
This false information has permeated this board and just won't die.
They are personal injury lawyers, not civil rights attorneys. They focus on serious traumatic brain injury, neck, back, spinal cord and other serious, disabling or fatal neurological injuries.
They are not BLM sympathizers. They are Trump donors and have also donated to Giuliani and the RNCC. Open Secrets donations tracker
