He should have dressed casual for a neighborhood block party. Maybe not cargoes and a t-shirt, but dress down a little.
Nah. You get more respect just being yourself. Pandering in any way is easily detected.

Yea no need to pander. Pandering by dressing down when he doesn't dress down for other areas would have seemed disrespectful, and he was trying to show respect to an area that is largely ignored.

I am willing to bet no one ever really campaigns there because of the low voter turnout from that area,
But I bet the records will show that those folks have cast ballots attributed to their registration.

I never knew Spencer the person. I only knew his Hills character.
Seems that that was by design.

Should have brought the Church’s Chicken truck instead of the ice cream truck.

Did he bring hot sauce in his man purse?

I wish he would put out a "Malibu's most wanted" themed AI campaign video.

Every politician should look at his campaign and take notes. Whether he wins or not, he's what Americans want in politicians. It's time for politicians to become like him and move away from the political machines....but it's the political machines that keep winning.

Gangstas are entrepreneurs right? You can bet they're tired of the city interfering in their business. They may be saying, why not Spencer Pratt?
A long time ago, I used to sell alarm systems door to door in Atlanta. A lot of my best business was from these people (mostly West-enders and Candler Rd). They understood the value of keeping their inventory secure.

This would be incredible.

So for Pratt, today was a good day.

Good for him. Right out of the Trump playbook. Don't assume you can't get a certain group of people to support you. Let them hear what you have to say.

Speak on what you know. Hyde park actually has a fair amount of white residents. It’s gentrified just like most cities in America. I own a home there.
Median home price in that neighborhood is 700k.

I hope he wins. The DNC will soil themselves bigly if they lose the Bolshevik fortress of L.A. It will be like the sacking of Rome by the barbarians.

Ya, but isn't that the case in most of the LA basin?

I am speaking on what I know. You may have a house there but if you are white you are overwhemingly in the minority.
I have been to Hyde Park and have lived in Hermosa Beach so I know parts of L.A. pretty well.
Spencer went to the area called "the 60s" named after those stucco apartment complexes built in the 60s that are all around 10th Ave. The racial makeup of that area is about 6% white. This can easily be googled.

The Hyde Park neighborhood in Los Angeles is a densely populated urban area predominantly composed of Black and Hispanic residents, with a high percentage of renters. According to recent localized census data from platforms like Point2Homes and Niche, the community breaks down into the following key demographic metrics:
Racial and Ethnic Composition
Black or African American: ~51% to 56.8%
Hispanic or Latino: ~33% to 35% (predominantly of Mexican descent)
Two or More Races: ~6% to 18.3%
White: ~5% to 8.4%
Asian: ~2% to 2.2%
So again, it's not an area many white people who live outside of the area venture to.
As far as your $700K median homes, that isn't impressive at all when literal crack houses in Compton sell for $500K to be torn down. In fact $700K median is pretty low for the rest of L.A. County especially if you want to live somewhere nice. A $700K house in L.A. c

Facts. This is the last place to grab value in Los Angeles county before the World Cup and Olympics push everything past 1M. My point was that there are plenty of white people in south Los Angeles now.

i have no impression he won't become a swamp creature or that there isn't a bit of grift, but his campaigning is some of the best ever.
