Ya, but isn't that the case in most of the LA basin?

That is a tear down in some areas of L.A.

When I lived there it was not unusal for people to spend several hundred K to tear down the existing structure to build a newer house.

It happened not far from my house so I just took screenshots on google maps from before and after to share

Granted that is a block off the beach so the land is desirable

I was in that area (it's near USC) and liked at Zillow. A house in the hood, cheap there is like $500,000. For like a house on Friday.
. Actually just looked out up the actual house from Friday, in the hood is for sale for $700,000.

Even the ghetto is well off there

He dead filming videos at parks in Los Feliz and some other decent areas. All of them overtaken by homeless. It's worse than most thought. I haven't been to LA in 6 years but it was bad then. I can imagine now.

Can you imagine a white conservative in a close election for mayor of Baltimore? Or Chicago?

Yep. You have to know this dude's campaign has these people seething up a storm. Especially all the erudite white urban "progressives."

See that’s the spirit. Church’s chicken jokes when we’re trying to bring people together. Awesome.

I did for about 4 years. Rented because it was always temporary because I was there for business. I lived in a condo right off the beach. $4500 per month for a 1 bed. That was until 2020. I am sure it is much higher now.

My wife lived in Chino Hills for 16 years before she moved back to Louisiana with me. She loves Calvary Chapel Chino Hills church with pastor Jack Hibbs and wants us to get a second house back in Chino to be able to spend more time at the church and with her friends so that's why I hope L.A. can become sensible again and want Spencer to win. I regret she ever sold her house but being a landlord in L.A. is not something we wanted to attempt because the laws suck for landlords.

I think in the hearts and minds of a shite ton of black Americans they want to escape the Democratic Socialist Plantation but to do so would be the admission you've been duped by your Dim Overlords for the past 75-100 years. It would be extremely difficult to admit you've been controlled for the past 100 years by the same people who had you in chains with chattel slavery. Imagine being freed from slavery and then the devious Dims duped your asses into a form of economic slavery by making you dependent on the federal government in exchange for your vote.

No clue if he can pull it off, but he's running a near flawless campaign that'll give him the absolute best shot at doing so.

Facts. This is the last place to grab value in Los Angeles county before the World Cup and Olympics push everything past 1M.

Are parts of Long Beach a decent value still? When I was there, several parts of it were being gentrified and there was some decent values to be had.

Pre Covid absolutely. Post Covid it’s mostly 1-1.3M for 1500sqf.
